Since Apple released High Sierra 10.13 we have had an influx of users complaining Microsoft Office not working correctly with numerous problems. Microsoft have revealed several fixes which need to be installed to rectify the issues. This can be simply done by opening Microsoft Word, Excel or Outlook. Clicking 'HELP' at the top Clicking 'Check for updates' Let the updates download and install which could take several minutes. This will install any updates required and install the fixes required. If you still cannot search in Spotlight after you follow these steps, and if you have allowed for enough time for Spotlight Indexing to be completed, you may use Contact Support on the Help menu in Outlook for Mac for dedicated help. Outlook 365 is not working. The short answer is that there are two ways to disable software update notifications in OS X, but only one of them will still allow you to be in control of what updates are installed on your Mac. For 15.34 and earlier Office for Mac version, they are not supported on 10.13. Please upgrade your Office for Mac version.
